Fortauet er fullt av snø og is og har ikke vært ryddet denne vinteren heller. 2013 blir kanskje året da Trondheim kommune når Rita Otterviks store mål: 1)Trondheim blir første by i verden uten mennesker 2) Trondheim blir første by i Europa der all ferdsel skal skje med privatbil. Man forstår jo at innsatsen koster, men fotgjengere og kollektivtrafikanter er snart vekk!
