Etter det kom ny asfalt på E16 i Uttrågata i fjor, har det ikkje vorte mala på fotgjengerfelt og sperrefelt i lyskrysset. Det er uoversikteleg for både bilistar og gåande, og kan skapa farlege situasjonar.
