På gangveien ned til den Kommunale gjestebryggen er høyre gelender avknekt i sveisen. Dette har forårsaket at flere både voksne og barn har flerret opp armen pga det skarpe røret. I tillegg er det hull i dekket / trevirket noe som har forårsaket at barn har trødd ned i hullet og skrapa opp føttene. Her er muligheten for å brekke en fot stor.
