Person ("Jacksen"?)observert liggende i sovepose på trappa til Speiderhuset. I romjula lå han(?) på trappa til Ungdomsskolen. Er dette bra, når flere barn passerer morgen og ettermiddag? Han(?) trenger hjelp!
