Det var sannelig ikke lett å komme frem gjennom skogen etter felling av trær. På flere gamle hogstfelt innover lå det trestammer og kvist på kryss og tvers så det var rene hinderløypa. Og er det ikke dumt med tanke på barkebiller, at trærne bare blir liggende sånn?
