Sent to Skien and Statens vegvesen region sør 2 minutes later

Tipp topp med ny asfalt på Menstadbrua, men skjøtene entrepenøren har lagt på asfalten burde Statens Veivesen aldri godkjent. Det er helt latterlig dårlig arbeid!
