Hull i grøft omringet av sperreplater

Det har nå i mange måneder stått tre "sperreplater" rundt et hull i grøfta mellom Lundheimveien 26 og 27. Hullet er anslagsvis 40 cm dypt ned til en rist. Det er farlig fordi det ikke synes når det gror gress over og rundt hullet. Kan Fredrikstad kommune gjøre noe med det.
