Gartneriveien 48: Hull etter graving ikke asfaltert. Halve veien avstengt. Trangt/trafikkfarlig; ødelegger Gartneriveien 21 ved kjøring på plen. Mye anleggstrafikk i området nå grunnet bygging Gartneriveien 23.
