Rieber mohnsvei er uoversiktlig, meget bratt og har mye vann i veien. Manglende strøing fører til farlige situasjoner for barn og andre som benytter veien til skolen og barnehagen som ligger i gaten. Biler seiler ned bakken daglig i kuldeperioder.
