Sent to Halden and Statens vegvesen region øst less than a minute later

Opalveien og Rubinveien er fortsatt uten gatelys. Dette er i tredje uka, og dette er skolevei for mange elever ved Hjortsberg skole. Forventer svar eller utbedring straks!
