Steinbakken i Harstad avsluttes i snuplass med skilt Gang og sykkelvei.Likevel er det mange som kjører bil her.Det var tidligere en fysisk sperre her,kan denne settes tilbake? Skiltet i krysset Steinbakken/Strandåkeren er dumt plassert idet man overser dette i en skarp/bratt sving.Skiltet kan med fordel flyttes til motsatt side av veien,der det vises bedre.Kan kommunen gjøre noe med dette?
