Gjelder hele Råtun og alle sideveier. Overgrodd langs fortau, barnehage/skolevei. Flere farlige hull for myke trafikanter, barnehage/skolevei. Flere tette avløp, er nok på grunn av manglede feiing/vedlikehold.
