Sent to Randaberg and Statens vegvesen region vest 4 minutes later

2-3 gatelys borte ved rundkjøringen til ungdomsskolen er defekte - noe de har vært siden i høst. Farlige situasjoner oppstår i tusmørket om morgenen når stressede foreldre skal avlevere sine barn, og hverken de eller andre elever ser skikkelig.
