Lyskrysset har i lenger tid vært i gulblink men er nå helt mørklagt. I perioder med flere cruiseskip til kai er det kaos å komme seg gjennom sentrum. Dette hjelpes heller ikke av nytt parkeringshus som gjør at trafikken fra Notenesgata er mye større enn tidligere.
