Det er vanskelige kjøreforhold pga dype isete hjulspor ved Seljeveien 14-18. Biler setter seg fast og gående sklir på det glatte underlaget. Her trengs det bl.a. å få skrapet bort hjulsporene og strødd med grus/sand.
