Kumlokk som stikker 5-10 cm over gata, skaper problemer for brøyting på vinteren

Toppen på kummen er for høy, så kumlokket og kumringen stikker for høyt opp. Dette gjør at når det brøytes på vinteren tar skjæret tak i kumringen i stål...skader det...og etterhvert vil nok toppen på betongkummen også bli skadet.
