Nylig er det blitt satt opp et nytt gatelys rett ved jernbaneovergangen i Industrigata. Det nye gatelyset er, i tillegg til mye høyere enn det gamle, fryktelig sterkt og gir et helt hvitt lys inn i nærmeste boliger. Tidligere gatelys var såpass lavt at lyset ikke stod rett inn i første eller andre etg. Mener både høyde og lavere kelvin bør endres mtp. lysforurensingen.
