Etter en masse nedbør i sommer, har det samlet seg jord, grus, som har fritt løp nedover Sundgata. Dette har nå gjennom lang tid grodd til og vannet har ikke avløp, slik at det blir stående store mengder utenfor Sundgt 1A. Det anbefales at gravemaskin graver opp igjen grøften fra betongkanten og sørover mot bommen,
