Re asfaltering etter privat graving. Er det frivillig eller skal det utføres??? I Skarpholvegen er det tydeligvis flere som tror det er frivillig. Noen har hatt flere år på seg og fortsatt ikke gjort dette. Vegen er nesten ufremkommelig. Kan kommunen ta tak i dette??
