Her manglar autovern ved bratt skråning nærliggande fleirmannsbolig (Furevegen 12). Dette har vore meldt inn tidlegare frå huseigerar i området utan at noko har skjedd i saka. Vinterstid oppstår særleg potensiell fare for at bilar kan segle utfor skrent og havne inn i fasaden som ligg under 10 m nedafor.
