Instøyveien er i en elendig forfatning. Lite kjørbar etter et par dager med regn. Medfører stor slitasje på kjøretøy, og direkte farlig for barn å sykle på. Det må utføres vedlikehold umiddelbart, og spesielt viktig før vinteren setter inn!
