For beboere i Håvåsbygg Borettslag er det som skal bli våre nye tilkomst til eiendommene for dårlig. Her må veien oppgraderes for å unngå skader på kjøretøy. Samt gateparkering må forbys og det må legges til rette for parkering på eiendommene til for de som bor på vestsiden av Ferkingstadgata. Mvh Håvåsbygg Borettslag
