Denne merkelige "grønne" skapningen/ødelagt stolpe har stått her over vinteren. Hva er det og hvorfor står den slik?

Denne merkelige grønne skapningen er en lyktestolpe som ble påkjørt i vinter. Hamar kommune sin gatelysentreprenør skal etablere en ny stolpe her.
