Hekken hindrer sikt og skaper mange farlige situasjoner for både mjuke trafikanter og kjørende. Må klippes ned til lovlig høyde. Som beskrevet i ( jf. Vegloven §31 og §43) rekner med kommunen tar tak i denne saken.
