Flere steder langs Ringgaten i Hamar stikker det opp kabler som hverken er pent avsluttet eller kan sies å være uten fare for barn/ungdom sine "undersøkelser"

Hei, Antar at dette har vært/er i forbindelse med fibergraving. Det er ingen kabler som er strømførende.
