Det er tilnærma ingen sikt gjennom svingen. Når ein kjem frå aust og skal svinge inn på Skivenesvegen, ser ein ikkje om det kjem møtande bil ifrå nord. Dette kan løysast svært enkelt gjennom å fjerne eit par trær som står i svingen.
