Sent to Halden and Statens vegvesen region øst 2 minutes later

Det tetter seg i kummen og alt vannet renner ut i veien og fryser midt i bakken.

De andre årene har det blitt lagt en stor haug med strøsalt på kummen slik at vannet ikke fryser, fint om det kan gjøres i år også!
