Et tilbakevendende problem. Undergangen under Slemdalsveien ved Gaustad T-bane stasjon blir på vinterstid fylt opp med mye is pga vanninntrenging fra dammen over. Vet det har vært forsøkt å ordne dette, men ikke vellykket. Strakstiltak: fjerne isen og følge fortløpende med situasjonen. På sikt: gjøre en større jobb med å tette lekkasjen fra dammen.
