Bikely sykkelparkering har vært innesnødd siden januar - bildet er fra 27.1. Boksene på baksiden er overhodet ikke mulig å komme til. Jeg har flere ganger med nød og neppe kavet meg inn og såvidt klart å lukke døra. Det blir for usikkert både om jeg får låst inn elsykkelen og om jeg rekker toget. Da blir det bil istedet. Ikke noe bra for «sykkelbyen» Hamar!
