Veilysene langs den kommunale veien til Neptun har vært ute av drift over en lengre periode. Veistrekningen benyttes både til fra Norsk Fiskeindustrimuseum og som turveg for befolkningen, og manglender lys er uheldig av mange grunner, også sikkerhetsmessige.
