Det er nødvendig med fotgjengerfelt over Dyngvollveien ved Mellomveien. Barn krysser veien her for å både ta buss til skolen på ene siden og ta bussen hjem og ankommer på motsatt side. Strekningen er svært trafikkert og femti sonen overholdes sjelden. Det bor flere barnefamilier på begge sider av Dyngvollveien og ved Mellomveien.
