Holet er direkte i kjøresporet for venstre hjul på bilar som kjem opp Hjelmesethvegen frå hovedveien. Bakken opp gjer det uoversiktlig og plutselig unnamanøver ved møtande trafikk kan få veldig ugunstig utfall.
